Product Description

1. Product Description
UFR**1 is Urea Formaldehyde Resin Powder used for woodworking processing. It has good bonding strength and boiling water resistance, this powder can be used for cold and hot process.

2. Product Application
UFR**1 is suitable adhesive for processing plywood, particle board, MDF and HDF boards, composite wood door, surface veneering, and decorative veneering, etc.

4. Using Method
A) Wood Products Pre-Processing
The water content of wood products should be controlled within 8+1%.
The wood products should be removed knots, cracks, oil stains, resin, etc.
The surface of wood products must be polished or sanded.

B) Weight Ratio of UFR**1 to Water=1:≤0.5

C) Dissolution Method
C1) To add 2/3 of the total water into the container, then add the MUFR**2 into the water while stirring the mixture by the speed of *0~**0 rotations / minute, after the powder and water mixing evenly, and then add 1/3of the total water and stirring the mixture for 3~5 minutes till the glue mixed completely

C2) Hardener can be added into completely mixed glue according to the actual technical requirement; the natural curing time of mixed liquid glue without hardener is less than *2 hours

5. Gluing Processing
The actual UFR**2F glue consumption should be adjusted by the exact wood species and working temperature, the consumption of UFR**1 for double-faced layers is suggested **0~**0g/ m².

5.1) Pre-pressing (Curing at room temperature)
The actual pressure condition should be adjusted by exact wood species, actual working temperatures, etc. The further wood processing can be operated on the next day after the pre-pressure; the curing time for pre-pressing wood products must be over 8 hours at *0°C in winter.

5.2) Hot-pressing (at **0~**0°C for 5~*0minutes)
After spreading liquid glue, heating, the further wood processing can be operated. (Users can take pre-pressing operation of 5.1) or not according to actual processing before carrying out Hot-pressing)

Packing

Storage:

*2months of storage life under temperature lower than *0°C with required storage condition.
The UFR**1 Powder should be stored in a dry, ventilated location.
Avoid direct sunshine and moisture.
The package should be sealed again immediately once the pack has been opened to avoid moisture.

Note: Avoid contact with eyes, if splash into eyes, flush out with plenty of clean water, and consult doctor if necessary.
